Description :

Leading footwear distribution company located in Toronto (Sheppard & Dufferin area). We ship shoes across Canada to our over 650 active accounts and are looking to fill a Customer Service / Order Entry Position. The ability to speak French is an asset.

To be considered you MUST:

-3-5 years work experience in an office environment (non call centre)
-Advanced computer skills in a windows environment. Must be able to work efficiently with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel Minimum Intermediate level (pivot tables and filters) & Internet Explorer.
-Great written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work through issues with customers
-Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed customer expectations
-Strong organizational and problem solving skills
-Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
-Fluently bilingual (French / English)
-Strong Excel Skills

Skills :

-Process customer service orders via phone & fax
-Answer customer service product, pricing & availability inquiries & research customer orders
-Professional customer service phone manner & ability to work independently
-8 hour shift, 40 hours work week within the operation hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)
-Typing speed of 45 wpm

Hours are 9:00 to 5:00 Monday to Friday.
