We are currently looking for a

Product Planning & Fleet Specialist (12 month contract) in our Canadian Headquarters in Ajax, Ontario

As a Product Planning & Fleet Specialist, you will be the support to the product planning team in areas such as Product Booklet creation, pricing submissions, index calculations. The role will also support the oversight of all Audi Canada’s fleet vehicles (PR/Training/Marketing/Product/Pool and Audi Sport).

Reporting to the Director Product Planning, you will be responsible for quality of document creation, accuracy of internal and dealer facing materials. Planning capacities and department interaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

Create and support the creation of price index against competitors
Support in the multi-eye review of all updates
Support the creation of the order guide and other dealer related documents such as Product Information Booklets
Support in the ordering and specification of motor show vehicles
Prepare and support the update of models in Spyder for car configurator
Support with communications and AD-hoc tasks related to electrification studies and Electrify Canada.
Support in gathering market insights from multiple vendors (Maritz, Auto Planner, GFK)
Support in duties related to the coordination of the launch meeting together with the launch manager
Audi Connect: Support the Audi Connect manager in the creation of dealer facing documents, website updates, user step-up.
Oversight all of Audi Canada’s fleet vehicles (PR/Training/Marketing/Product/Pool and Audi Sport)


What we’re asking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is required
A great attitude and proven ability to be an effective business partner, team player, and collaborator
3 years of Product Planning experience, including Fleet Management
Partners at all levels of the organization, with ability to negotiate and influence to achieve results
Excellent communication and presentation skills; Fluency in French/German an asset
Proven success in document creation and auto planner
Strong computer skills including MS Excel and PowerPoint
Flexibility for up to 25% travel within Canada
