The Client Support Representative is responsible for supporting all components of the Dealer-FX Retail Service Solution. This role requires a team player who is proactive, customer-focused and enjoys being constantly challenged by identifying issues and determining root cause solutions. Provide 1st and 2nd level technical end-user support via phone, e-mail, text and live chat.
Investigate, debug and reproduce issues, provide fixes and workarounds, complete root cause analysis and verify changes to ensure continued performance of the Dealer-FX software solution
Contribute in meeting various SLA’s and KPI’s to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and the delivery timelines meet the quality targets of Dealer-FX.
Help maintain our knowledge base of best practices, known issues and solutions
Advanced use of ITIL based case/ticket management tracking systems (Cherwell experience would be an asset.)
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to include Sales, Channel, Engineering and Operations,
Participate in monthly rotational on-call support (7am to 7pm)
Good interpersonal communication working as part of a team, completing varied work assignments and assisting others in their work as required
Prior Helpdesk/Call Centre experience - minimum 3 yrs of related work experience
College Diploma and/or University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work related experience
Help Desk/Entry Level Desktop Support Technician (5+ years experience preferred)
Strong preference for those who are bilingual (either French or Spanish)
