Job Description

Bilingualism Required*
Assist the Claims Analysts with investigations and other administrative requests
Assist customers by being logged onto a phone queue for 5 hours per day
Follow up with medical offices and claimants for outstanding medical information
Communicate with customers efficiently and effectively, verbally and in writing
Effectively manage and promptly respond to all customer calls and internal inquiries
Meet and exceed all service and quality objectives
Complete various administrative duties as required
Identify and recommend technological and process improvement opportunities
Maintain effective relationships with various internal and external partners

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to adhere to established deadlines, handle high volumes of work and adjust to shifting priorities and changes in procedures.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a view to constantly improving and learning
Must possess good investigative and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to analyze a situation and make a recommendation
Some knowledge of TD Insurance system would be an asset (CV, IRM)
Software - Microsoft Office would be an asset.
