The Bilingual Incentives Business Analyst is responsible for supporting our client, Mazda Canada, with their New Vehicle Incentive programs. The Bilingual Incentives Business Analyst will also support new vehicle incentive program analysis to provide insight and recommendations for the Incentives & Remarketing Department. The location for this role is at the Mazda Canada office in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
The Bilingual Incentives Business Analyst is responsible for supporting our client, Mazda Canada Inc., with their New Vehicle Incentive programs. The Bilingual Incentives Business Analyst will also support new vehicle incentive program analysis to provide insight and recommendations for the Incentives & Remarketing Department. The location for this role is at the Mazda Canada Inc. office in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
Enter program incentives on a monthly basis through the Incentives system
Conduct quality control measures on Incentives system to ensure incentives are error-free
Process weekly and monthly incentive payments to Dealers
Perform system support (such as system upgrade testing) and issue resolution procedures when necessary
Respond in a timely fashion to inquiries from Dealers, Regional staff and lender
Accept and resolve inquiries related to incentive program exceptions, incentive program setup, retail reporting updates, incentive announcements, incentives payments
Support new Dealers with Incentive system training (via Phone/Skype/WebEx)
Develop and analyze program reporting trends at national, regional, district and dealer levels to draw conclusions about performance of incentive programs
Perform incentive program audits and reconciliations
Make recommendations to create internal program improvements as well as specific client-centric enhancements, including but not limited to process improvement
Bilingual support for inquires in Quebecois French
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
Must be fully bilingual, English and French languages
Must have great attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task on multiple projects at once
Must be comfortable communicating findings to key stakeholders in the organization
Must have experience with MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
Experience in the Automotive industry is preferred
The Incentives Business Analyst reports to the National Manager, Incentives & Remarketing at Mazda Canada Inc.
