We are currently looking for a Bilingual Academy Training Coordinator (Contract) at our Corporate Offices in Ajax, ON

As the Bilingual Academy Training Coordinator, you will represent the Audi and Volkswagen Training Academies in Canada. Under the direction of the Academy Support Team Lead, you will provide bilingual support to the Audi and Volkswagen dealer network as well as support the daily operations of the Canadian Training Academy. You will have the ability to drive change within our dealer network by providing exemplary customer service while following guidelines and processes to promote training completion across the dealer network.

Primary Responsibilities:
Receive and promptly respond to dealer inquiries via phone or email contact
Maintain accurate records via a ticket system, to track inquiries and identify trends
Escalate unique cases in accordance with guidelines to ensure prompt resolution
Act as the subject matter expert for the Audi and Volkswagen training curricula and promote certification across the dealer network
Perform outbound calls or emails to the dealers (example, to promote new courses and increase training attendance)
Generate Academy reports as needed to identify opportunities and drive change in the organization
Create and distribute communications to drive attendance and completion of training courses
Support training events, courses and competitions by ordering promotional materials, proofreading documents, attending in-person as needed, etc.
Support dealers in their use of the Learning Management System (LMS) – adding, deleting or editing classes, managing learner profiles, logging support tickets, etc.
Support financial activities of the Academy, including dealer billing or subsidy programs
Other duties as needed

What we’re asking for:
High School Diploma / GED required; University or college education or a combination of education and experience preferred
A great attitude and proven ability to be an effective business partner, team player, and collaborator
1+ year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call-center environment; strong data analysis and reporting skills, automotive experience, and/or knowledge of the learning and development field an asset
Proven success in writing editing, and proofreading, and crafting personalized emails and communications
Partners at all levels of the organization, with ability to negotiate and influence to achieve results
Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English
Detail orientation and superior organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills and comfortable working with MS Office software, including Excel and Access; programming knowledge an asset
