Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to

Utilize your strong customer service and bilingual French speaking abilities to join Philips Healthcare as we build the ServiceMax team. This position requires an interaction with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. In addition, the customer care representative will handle and resolve customer complaints. An ideal candidate for this role will be an expert in delighting our customers and will possess the heart and commitment for assisting people with a proven record of delivering world-class customer support.

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

Provides world class customer support via multiple channels to internal and external customers.
Receives customers� requests by telephone, instant message, email, mail, etc. � analyzes requests, provides information requested.
Develops and maintains customer relationships
Analyzes transactions, corrects records, and adjusts errors.
Responsible for verification of, and correct documentation relation to internal/external customer request for service.
Processes orders through PW.
Responsible for purchasing/sourcing products to complete customer request.
Resolves customer questions related to orders, takes orders as needed. Maintains liaison with other departments for order completion.
Responds to customers� requests in a timely manner.
Contacts customers to ascertain data omitted on orders.
Knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required.
Prepares and forwards preliminary paperwork to Returns and Replacements on problem orders/Warranties.

The Philips ServiceMax team that works Service, Sales, and production leadership to remove barriers and facilitate timely solutions for customer issues.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bilingual capabilities in English and French; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
1 + years of customer service or relevant industry related experience
Demonstrated integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Energetic, friendly, outgoing, proactive personality and phone business acumen
Ability to analyze situations relating to customer needs and react accordingly in a timely fashion
High School Education or equivalent is required; Associates or Bachelor�s Degree is preferred
Ability to work a variety of shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd ) as required for a 24/7 customer service call center environment; will be required to work a variety of schedules depending on business need (including days, mid-days, weekends, and holidays)
