What will you do?
Siemens Energy is currently looking for a Business Coordinator for Trench Limited (a Siemens company) Instrument Transformers Division.
The Trench group is a specialized manufacturer of high voltage equipment dedicated to serving the worldwide electrical industry, in both utility and industrial markets, through engineering, service and commitment.
Â· Work with the General Manager and the Head of Finance in developing factory strategy and business plan.
Â· Conduct analysis, prepare reports and presentations by collecting and analyzing information, based on the business priorities, such as ROI, business case, feasibility studies.
Â· Support the Change Management initiatives and other Programs by organizing and facilitating workshops and cross-functional meetings as per the business plan.
Â· Coordinate the already defined measures and initiatives with the leadership team and support the initiatives to identify new measures across the organization.
Â· Coordinate the company wide Idea Management system.
Â· Facilitate internal communication and manage the information flow in a timely manner between different functions.
Â· Establish the new communication channels and engagement methods to reach every level in the organization to support the success of different activities, events, and initiatives.
What will you need to succeed?
Â· University degree, preferably in Business Administration
Â· 5 years of experience in similar roles in manufacturing environment
Â· Self-directed individual who is detail-oriented and can work autonomously
Â· Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
Â· Approaches work with a sense of urgency and is effectively able to prioritize
Â· Strong written and verbal communications skills and strong presentation skills
Â· Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
Â· Strong Microsoft Office applications skills
Â· Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken required
Â· Proficiency in French is an asset
