The Inside Sales Representative is an incredibly reward opportunity! The individual will be responsible for generating revenue by obtaining new and growing existing customer accounts.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate sales revenue by selling product to customers.
Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance existing accounts and acquire new customer accounts.
Commit to personal growth and development by participating in Testforce sales training sessions.
Continually learn about key suppliers, product specifications and capabilities, applications, market segments and competition.
Field inbound calls and/or leads (i.e. leads generated by our suppliers) related to product line.
Make outbound sales calls (prospecting product line) using a targeted contact list.
Track and follow-up on sales opportunities for existing and new customers.
Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software program by updating account and contact notes, tasks, and opportunities.
Education, Experience and Knowledge:
Ability to speak French is considered a strong asset.
College diploma or certificate in electronics, electrical technologist, mechatronics, or electrical engineering technology strongly preferred.
Experience prospecting sales, generating sales leads, and executing sales is considered a strong asset.
