Reporting to the National Operations Manager, Central Business Office, the Bilingual Service Coordinator works with our Central Intake Team, and is responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment for CBI’s clinic network with an emphasis on Ontario. The successful candidate will have strong computer, analytical, organizational skills and proven success in meeting timelines and a strong sense of best-in-class customer service.

The position will be based at the CBI Corporate Office in Etobicoke, Ontario by Islington subway station (currently this position will be a work from home for the foreseeable future).

Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day

Manage the central referrals coming in via telephone, e-mail and other sources;
Schedule services in a timely and accurate manner;
Assemble and collate operational data in support of operations management;
Complete data entry for reporting requirements, analysis, and tracking requirements;
Serve as a liaison between the Central Business Office and the clinics and associated business units;
Provide administrative support in conjunction with CBO colleagues in Ontario and national initiatives as they arise;
Seek to develop more efficient methods for all processes within the network to ensure effective and efficient delivery of customer service with persons that receive services from CBIHG;
Manage various project implementations which may include collaborating with internal/external resources.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful

2+ years of experience in a similar role
Previous experience in a customer service driven environment
Bilingual French and English
Experience working in deadline-driven environments
Ability to work well with numbers with some basic accounting
Able to work well in a team environment and handle multiple assignments
Previous experience in a call centre or phone environment is a plus
CBO is open from 8:00 am EST to 6:00 pm EST. The successful candidate must be able to work 37.5 hours per week within those prescribed hours.
