Position Summary:
To service delinquent credit accounts through telephone and personal customer contact in order to protect receivables and minimize bad debt expense. To resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts and to research and identify necessary adjustments.

Job Description:

Education
College diploma or equivalent
Related Experience
Two (2) years commercial collections experience
Other :
- Must be bilingual in both English & French
Strong negotiation skills
Self-motivated, able to organize and prioritize large amount of data
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong research, analytical and problem solving skills

Computer literacy and proficiency:
Demonstrated MS Excel – Basic
