Career Description/Summary:

As a part of the Customer Care Team you represent one of our leading automotive clients. The Bilingual Customer Care Ambassador is the first point of contact with current and potential customers and external parties.

You will be working in partnership with other departments and dealerships as the liaison between our customers and clients.

You will participate in an interactive paid training in which you will learn everything you need to know. You will join a fabulous team, a great work environment, a beautiful site and a management team who truly cares.

Answer inbound calls

Assist customers with navigation support, road-side assistance and questions and concerns

Educate and selling our members on the benefits of their products and concierge services

Recalls and Warranty information in French and English

As a part of the Customer Care Team you represent one of our leading automotive clients. The Customer Care Ambassador is the first point of contact with current and potential customers and external parties.

Responsibilities include answering general customer inquiries, obtaining customer information and data, inputting consumer data and file information. You will be working in partnership with other departments and dealerships as the liaison between our customers and clients.


Your passion for doing good for other people will help you bond with your customers and your team. You will actively listen and troubleshoot to provide a great customer experience. Your attention to detail, ability to think outside the box, excellent communication, and passion will help you excel in this role.


Fluent in French and English (read, write, and speak)

We are looking for candidates with a High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)

1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial

Able to work an 8-9-hour shift in between the hours of 7:00am-11:00pm

Monday-Saturday and flexible to work Sunday if required

Clear Background check

Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills
